Certain words used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are described below. These definitions carry the same meaning throughout the entire document.

"Platform"

The evobet website, mobile application, and all services and features operated under it are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has completed registration on evobet, created an account, and is using the Platform's services will be identified as a "User" or "Member".

"Wager" or "Bet"

Any type of wager placed with a specified amount of money on a game, sports event, or casino game is referred to as a "Wager" or "Bet".

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on evobet and take part in any betting or casino activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform's services are not available to anyone under the age of 21. Providing a false age during registration is considered a serious violation and the account will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, evobet reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, mobile number, email, and date of birth — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information may block account verification and delay the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited.

3.1 Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on evobet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method will not be processed.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes

3.3 Account Ownership

The mobile banking account used for withdrawal must match the name registered on the evobet account. Withdrawals to an account under a different name will not be processed.

3.4 Account Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, evobet may request additional documents to verify identity. Withdrawals may be on hold until this verification process is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

evobet offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirements apply to this bonus — bonus winnings may be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 15 times.

4.2 Other Promotions

Weekly and special promotional offers also have their own wagering requirements. The minimum deposit for each offer is ৳200. It is mandatory to read the terms of the relevant offer separately before claiming a bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

evobet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account for bonus abuse. Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or by providing false information will be considered bonus abuse, and the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry, the unused bonus will be considered void.

5.1 Bet Limits

evobet sets minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or sports market. These limits may change from time to time and will be updated automatically on the Platform.

5.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, evobet reserves the right to cancel that transaction and adjust to the correct amount. Any winnings arising from an obvious error will not be considered valid.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet that has been confirmed once generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or ends in a draw, evobet will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.

5.4 Multi-Bet Rules

For a multi-bet or combination bet with multiple selections, all selections must win — if even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. The relevant odds and return calculations will be displayed automatically on the Platform.

User data is not sold to any third party. However, information may be provided to the relevant authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.

evobet believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress. For this reason, we encourage all members to follow our responsible gaming guidelines. • Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age

9.1 evobet's Rights

evobet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user's account at any time and for any reason. However, such action is generally taken when a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud is found.

9.2 User Request

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact the customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw the balance will be provided before the account is closed.

evobet is not liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions, server downtime, or third-party service failures. This limitation also applies in cases of natural disasters, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

The user acknowledges that betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that this risk is entirely their own. evobet does not guarantee any winnings.

These Terms form the complete agreement between evobet and the user and replace any previous verbal or written understanding. If any clause of these Terms is considered unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
